The hotel is conveniently located close to two tube stations in Hammersmith, making it easy to explore the city. Many restaurants, supermarkets, and coffee shops are within walking distance, offering a variety of options for dining and shopping. The rooms are well decorated and equipped with all necessary appliances. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout the stay.
One negative aspect is that the wash basins in the rooms don't drain well and were not fixed, even after being alerted by guests.
